Maintenance and repairs are completed using full time repairmen that are certified on current roof products, so there is no guesswork. It is real solutions in real time. Warranties are available in 1, 3, 5 and 10 year increments for repairs. For complete re-roofs, 5, 10, 15 and 20 year warranties are available.
Emergency repairs - any type, anytime, anywhere

We are certified in application of most roofing products. We perform leak repairs and total re-roofs on all of the following:

Roof Repair Cost
Total re-roofs are billed on a per-job basis. On repairs, work is billed at an hourly rate + material cost. Or it can be billed by the job, depending on the situation. For emergency repairs, work is billed on an hourly rate + materials (time and materials). Our rates range from $55 to $85 per hour, depending on the job.
